Our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services provided directly by WENAINS GROUP. If you pay for services such as consultation, site visit coordination, digital services, or facilitation charges, such payments are non-refundable once the service has begun or a site visit has been arranged. If you wish to reschedule a site visit, you must provide at least twelve hours’ notice; otherwise, the appointment is considered a no-show, and the amount paid will not be refunded. Any booking amount or token paid directly to a developer is governed strictly by the developer’s refund policy, not ours. We do not process, authorize, or influence developer refunds; however, we may assist in communication. For digital services—including branding, video editing, marketing content, or design—payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. If an advance is paid and the project is cancelled before work begins, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative charges. In the case of accidental duplicate payments, refunds will be processed within seven to ten working days upon verification and submission of proof. If a client fails to attend a scheduled meeting or site visit, the service is considered delivered, and no refund will be applicable.
